How To Order
Step 1: How to Order
Use our simple range list (on the tabs at the top of the page) or the search facility to find the item you are looking for. When you have located the item click the 'Add to Basket' button. If you wish to look at more items click 'Continue Shopping' and you will return to the product range. When you have finished shopping click 'View Basket' . This shows you the items which you have chosen, the quantity and the cost of each. Click "Checkout"
Step 2: Proceed to Payment/Your Details
After clicking the 'checkout' icon you will be asked to register or log-in if you haven't already. Please complete the form and click the 'register' icon. You will then be asked to fill in delivery and payment details and prompted to click on the 'proceed' icon. Our payment pages are fully secured and encrypted by Trust Payments who handle your sensitive information.
Security
Trust Payments automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their servers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches Trust Payments, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
How to Use the Site
Navigating the Walkoutdoors website is easy. On the welcome page you will see a row of tabs to select the category of goods you are interested in. As you roll over these categories further subcategories appear and clicking here will present a list of the available items. You can also use our search facility which will locate any keywords within the product name or description and display the products accordingly.
Your Account
Once you have logged-in, you will have quick and easy access to your Account Details and Basket. You can keep track on what you have bought and build your shopping basket over a period of time before your purchase. Any purchases you make are kept under your account details making it quick and easy to refer back to see when you made your purchases, what size was bought and how much you have spent. You will also be able to trace the status of your delivery.

Footwear Guide
Buying boots by mail order:
Purchasers should be as sure as they can of the make and model of boot they require due to the fact that manufacturers use different shaped lasts to allow for the many varied shapes of feet.
Size should allow for a thicker cushioned type of sock being used and also expansion of the foot during use, this usually means ordering at least a half size above your normal shoe size.
Please note:
Customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning boots that are not suitable.
Carriage will be charged at our normal rates for any replacements required.
