Top level service, ordered the cookset at 15:30 on the Monday and they have arrived at my desk at 09.45 on the Tuesday, no silly surcharge for next day. Absolutelty fantastic. Only shop i could find with my size in stock. Ordered Monday Lunchtime, on my desk at work by the time i arrived the following morning, and all on normal delivery. Makes such a change for an online store to be as good as it claims.

I must admit I don’t normally do feedback, I phoned around midday and spoke to Jamie and asked for his advice on a fleece jacket that I was interested in. He was polite and gave me his time, I felt happy with the help that I received and bought the jacket. To my surprise the jacket was sitting on my desk by 10 o clock the next morning (Based in Scotland).
